- Connect with fresh & existing leads daily (inbound + outbound)
- Qualify prospects and book site visits
- Conduct property site visits with clients
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans & loan options
- Follow up regularly and close deals
- Maintain lead updates in CRM / Excel
- Coordinate with backend & documentation team till booking
