Sales Executive

We are a startup actively building our core team and looking for long-term members who want to grow with us.

Trial / Probation Period:

• First 1 month will be a paid trial period at ₹6,000 (fixed)
• Based on performance, the candidate will be hired permanently

We are looking for a responsible and sales-oriented team member who can manage daily orders, customer coordination, and sales follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both operations and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Order Management & Confirmation

• Check orders received on the website daily
• Call / message customers to confirm orders and delivery details
• Resolve basic customer queries related to order.

2. Packing & Shipping Operations

• Pack all confirmed orders properly
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch details
• Coordinate daily pickups with courier partners
• Maintain basic order and dispatch records

3. Sales & Lead Conversion

• Handle all incoming leads related to custom PC builds & ASIC miners
• Communicate clearly with customers and understand their requirements
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain lead status and customer records

Incentives & Earnings

• Sales incentives on successful conversions
• Opportunity to increase monthly income based on performance

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (orders, invoices, WhatsApp, calls)
• Sales mindset and confidence in talking to customers
• Organized and responsible work attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in e-commerce order handling
• Knowledge of PC parts / gaming PCs / ASIC miners
• Prior sales or customer support experience

Job Type & Timing:Full-time :10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
