Job Description: - We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to manage and grow our distribution network. The role includes handling existing distributors, ensuring sales and payment collections, and expanding into new areas with new distributor appointments.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Manage the current distribution channel and drive sales performance.

• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit discipline.

• Identify and onboard new distributors in potential markets.

• Expand market coverage and improve product availability.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and share periodic reports.

Requirements: -

• 3–5 years of experience in channel/territory sales.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Experience with consumer lifestyle products preferred.

• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
