job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Presentations & Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. LinkedIn +3
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and Any
- Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the same Industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language/Hindi].
- Negotiation: Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
