🎯 JOB PURPOSETo contact potential clients, qualify construction/interior leads, and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales & design team.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES📞 Lead Handling & CallingCall inbound leads from website, ads, WhatsApp, social media & referrals
• Introduce Vivans Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and explain services:

• 📅 Meeting & Follow-upsSchedule office meetings / site visits for designer or sales head
• Regular follow-ups with warm & cold leads
• Maintain call logs and follow-up status
• 🗂️ Data & CRM ManagementUpdate lead details in Excel / CRM
• Track:

• 🤝 CoordinationCoordinate with interior designer & sales team
• Share client expectations clearly before meetings
• 🎯 TARGETS & KPIsDaily calls: 80–120
• Meetings fixed: 2–5 per day
• Lead conversion focus (quality > quantity)
• 🧩 REQUIRED SKILLSGood Hindi & basic English communication
• Polite, confident & convincing tone
• Ability to handle client objections
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps)
• Experience in real estate / construction / interiors is a plus
• Per meeting fixed
• Per converted project (performance-based)
