Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive for field sales activities across Delhi. The role involves visiting retailers/distributors, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned market areas and onboard new customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing retailers/distributors
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Take orders and ensure timely follow-up and collections
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
• Submit daily sales and visit reports to the reporting manager

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Two-wheeler is mandatory with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Prior field sales experience preferred (FMCG experience is an advantage)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance incentives
• Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided
