Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Need to connect to International cleints via email or chat only
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
• Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitors.
• Manage sales data, reports, and dashboards using advanced MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Attend customer calls, meetings, and provide product information effectively.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
• Strong email writing skills (professional and clear communication).
• Good English communication – both spoken and written.
• Soft-spoken with a polite and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in sales (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
