Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable domestic and international travel packages

Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and company policies clearly to customers

Regularly follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed bookings

Close sales by guiding customers through booking process and payment procedures

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and trip-wise sales targets

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, payments, and booking status

Coordinate with operations and support teams after booking confirmation for smooth execution of trips

Address basic customer queries and concerns before and after booking

Ensure proper communication, professionalism, and brand representation at all times

Update management with daily sales reports and lead status

Follow company sales guidelines, pricing rules, and discount approval process strictly
