Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to recruit, develop, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors. The role involves driving business growth through advisor performance, training, and motivation while building a strong and sustainable agency network.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit Life Insurance Advisors on a commission-based model (commission paid by the company).

Build and manage a team of advisors to generate life insurance business.

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

Motivate, coach, and mentor advisors to improve productivity and retention.

Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.

Support advisors in lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Monitor performance metrics and provide continuous feedback.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 21 to 40 years

Education: Minimum Graduation (any discipline)

Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (any industry)

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to recruit, train, and manage people

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
