Job Description
- Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls (leads, inquiries, follow-ups)
- Explain product details (iPhones, smartphones, laptops, etc.) clearly
- Convert inquiries into store visits or confirmed sales
- Maintain proper lead records (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Coordinate with sales team for closures
- Generate daily conversions + reviews from customers
