Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Good experience in Lehenga sales (excellent presentation skills required)
• Strong knowledge of Sherwani (fabric, styling, fitting, and coordination) atleast 1 year of experience
• Good understanding of Saree draping, fabrics, and styling atleast 2 year of experience
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in selecting lehengas, sherwanis, and sarees
• Providing styling suggestions and complete outfit coordination
• Understanding customer preferences, occasions, and budgets
• Demonstrating products with confidence and elegance
• Managing trial sessions and ensuring proper fitting
• Maintaining store display, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
• Handling customer queries and building strong relationships
• Upselling and cross-selling accessories
• Coordinating with tailors/alteration team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achieving monthly and individual sales targets
• Conversion rate (walk-ins to buyers)
• Average bill value (ABV) and upselling performance
• Customer satisfaction & repeat clients
