Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Associate to handle inquiries related to our office service solutions. Your role will involve engaging with leads who have already shown interest, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right solutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries from potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate office services (e.g., virtual office setup, business support, mail handling, workspace solutions)
  • Provide product/service information, pricing, and proposals
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed clients
  • Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service activation
  • Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in handling inbound queries and explaining services
  • Customer-first attitude with a consultative sales approach
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Prior experience in inbound or service-based sales is a plus
