Job SummaryGilpin Travel Management Pvt Ltd is looking for a smart, dynamic, and result-oriented Female Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting corporate clients, and promoting the company’s travel management services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new corporate clients through field visits and networking.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations to promote travel management services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Generate leads, follow-ups, and convert prospects into business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports, client database, and market feedback.
• Represent the company professionally during client visits and business meetings.
• Key Requirements1–4 years of experience in field sales, corporate sales, or business development.
• Preference for candidates from travel, hospitality, or service industry.
• Smart, confident, and dynamic female candidates with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within the city for client meetings and business development.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• EducationGraduate in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or any related field.
