Job Description
We are looking for a smart and confident Telemarketer who can generate sales through Calls, WhatsApp, CRM follow-ups, IndiaMART & Alibaba leads.
- 📍 Job Details:Position: Telemarketer / Sales Executive
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Location: saketIndustry: Jewelry / Diamonds (Preferred but not mandatory)
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Calling leads and converting into sales
- Handling WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Managing CRM data & regular follow-ups
- Handling leads from IndiaMART & Alibaba
- Sending quotations, product details & closing deals
- Building strong customer relationships
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Sales experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM handling
- Experience in IndiaMART / Alibaba lead handling preferred
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge
