Surjeet International, a leading importer of beauty and dermatologist machines, is looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join its sales and client service team in Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

The role involves connecting with existing clients for order taking, pitching additional machines or accessories, and maintaining long-term business relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to clients for order collection and product updates.

💬 Handle inbound queries and provide information on machines and accessories.

💼 Pitch additional beauty or dermatologist equipment to increase sales.

🧾 Process and record customer orders accurately in MS Excel.

📊 Maintain and update client databases and daily sales reports.

🤝 Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

📈 Support sales and marketing teams with lead generation activities.

📧 Handle telemarketing campaigns and customer engagement calls.

🙋‍♀️ Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain satisfaction.
