Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell oil seals and related sealing solutions to OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial customers. The role involves field sales, customer relationship management, technical coordination, and achieving assigned sales targets.



Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business in automotive, industrial, hydraulic, and machinery segments

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Identify new customers, distributors, and OEM opportunities


Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Understand customer requirements related to application, size, material, and performance

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business


Product & Technical Coordination

• Promote oil seals such as TC, SC, TB, metal case, rubber case, etc.

• Recommend suitable materials (NBR, Viton/FKM, Silicone, PTFE) based on application

• Coordinate with technical and production teams for customized requirements


Order Processing & Follow-ups

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders

• Coordinate with planning, production, and dispatch for timely deliveries

• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables


Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

• Provide feedback on product demand and improvement opportunities


After-Sales Support

• Handle complaints related to leakage, performance, or fitment

• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions


Reporting

• Maintain customer records, visit reports, and sales MIS

• Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and order status



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in industrial or automotive component sales

• Basic understanding of mechanical parts and drawings

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
