About Us (Opulo India):We are a growing wooden flooring brand offering premium-quality products and installation services for residential and commercial projects. We work closely with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers to deliver elegant and long-lasting flooring solutions.


Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold-calling prospects, scheduling and attending meetings, and presenting product samples to clients at their sites. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups
  • Contact and convert leads provided by the company
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits
  • Present and explain wooden flooring samples, finishes, and product features
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions
  • Prepare quotations and support pricing discussions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain lead and meeting records using CRM or reporting tools
  • Coordinate with the operations/installation team for project execution

Requirements:

  • 1–6 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably interiors, building materials, or home décor)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field work and regular site visits
  • Ability to independently manage meetings and client interactions
  • Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Two-wheeler preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
