Sales Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
