We are hiring associate agency development managers to build and manage a team of life insurance advisors. The role involves recruiting agents, training them, driving sales through the agency channel, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors

Train, motivate, and manage agency partners

Drive life insurance sales and achieve targets

Support agents in lead generation and customer acquisition

Build strong relationships with agents and customers

Eligibility:

Experience in sales, field sales, or insurance preferred

Strong communication and team-handling skills

Willingness to work in the field
