Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, closing sales, and supporting daily online sales operations. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms

• Explain products, offers, and pricing clearly to customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain customer data and sales records
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team for order processing
• Follow up with customers for repeat sales and feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, internet usage)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Comfortable with online platforms and digital tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience:Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or e-commerce will be an added advantage
