Job Description

Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.

Understand customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.

Conduct follow-ups with prospects to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.

Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing and conversion.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends.
