Sales Executive

About the Role

Genetix Print is seeking a performance-driven Sales Executive to manage high-volume inbound leads and convert customer inquiries into successful orders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, disciplined follow-up practices, and a proven ability to close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert inbound leads generated through Meta/WhatsApp campaigns.
• Communicate product details, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly to customers.
• Build customer confidence through professional interaction and evidence-based trust (reviews, samples, process explanation).
• Manage structured follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed orders.

Candidate Requirements :

• 1–3+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or B2C customer acquisition.
• Strong closing skills and objection-handling capability.
• Comfortable managing 60–70 leads per day.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills.
• Target-oriented with a high degree of accountability and discipline.
