Location: Patna, Bihar
Job Profile - Sales Executive In Patna Specifically For School ERP (EdTech SaaS)
Company: TACHY School ERP (India-first Multi-tenant ERP)
Job Type: Full-time | Field + Remote
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Fixed)
Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per month (Performance-based)
Travel Allowance: ₹150–₹250/day (Local) + ₹400–₹600/day (Outstation)
🧑💼 Job Responsibilities
1. School Visit & Lead Generation
- Visit private schools in Patna and nearby districts.
- Meet principals, directors, and school owners.
- Present features of TACHY School ERP.
- Collect lead details and schedule demos.
2. Product Demo & Presentation
- Provide on-spot or scheduled demos (mobile/laptop).
- Explain modules: Admission, Fees, Attendance, Exam, ID Cards, Mobile App, etc.
- Share brochures, videos, and demo credentials.
3. Sales Closing
- Convert interested schools into paying clients.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline (WhatsApp/Calls).
- Negotiate pricing and finalize onboarding.
4. Daily Reporting
- Submit daily visit report (school name, contact person, status).
- Share location/photo from school visit.
- Update leads in Google Sheet/CRM.
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with school owners.
- Provide basic support and coordinate with the tech team.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and feedback collection.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Education
- Minimum 10th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience
- 0–3 years in Field Sales / EdTech / Software Sales / Marketing
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Needed
- Good communication (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Confidence to talk with school principals
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
- Ability to travel within Patna and nearby districts
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Assets Required
- Android phone (must)
- Two-wheeler preferred (extra allowance if provided)
