Job Summary:

The Sales Executive role is responsible for communicating with customers to explain available loan and credit options, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Success in this position is defined by effective communication, consistent follow-up on leads, and a result-driven approach to calling. This role contributes to the organisation’s overall growth by promoting services in line with brand identity requirements and supporting the development of potential accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Explain to customers the loan and credit options available, including the terms of those services.
• Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements during all customer interactions.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about the organisation’s services.
• Follow up with lead prospects generated by internal and external sources.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in NBFC, DSA, or Banking will be an advantage.
• Result-driven approach to calling.
