Job Description:

• Generate, manage, and track professional invoices and related documents

• Maintain schedules, appointments, and communications

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members

• Handle email and phone correspondence professionally

• Support in administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups

• Maintain confidentiality and manage personal errands as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative or operations roles

• Strong knowledge of invoice generation and basic accounting practices

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently
