Position OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline. This role is perfect for a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by hitting targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management: Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new growth areas.
  • CRM Maintenance: Diligently track all lead activity and update customer information in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude; the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools (G-Suite or Microsoft Office).
