Sales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic Sales Executive to support and guide students interested in UPSC preparation programs. This role involves interacting with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right offerings while meeting defined performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students and clients by handling queries in a professional manner
• Work towards monthly performance benchmarks related to outreach, enrollments, and revenue
• Maintain accurate interaction records and address concerns effectively
• Stay informed about UPSC examination trends to provide relevant guidance to aspirants

Eligibility & Skills:

• Strong interest in sales and customer interaction
• Good communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Freshers are welcomed
• Basic understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination is an advantage
• Candidate should have their own laptop for work-related tasks
