Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Digiparadise. The role involves understanding client requirements, pitching suitable packages, and closing deals from leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls to potential clients and leads.
• Understand client requirements for shoots (e.g., podcast, fashion, e-commerce, content creation).
• Pitch relevant packages and services effectively.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Handle incoming inquiries from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other sources.
• Maintain a strong follow-up process to close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (media, production, or service industry preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
• Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation processes.

KPIs:

• Number of leads contacted.
• Conversion rate (leads to confirmed bookings).
• Monthly revenue generated.
• Follow-up efficiency.
• Client satisfaction and retention rate.
