Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Retail Visits & Sales: Conduct daily visits to optical outlets to present new frames, lenses, and accessories.
Order Management: Accurately record customer orders and ensure they are processed through our inventory system.
Logistics & Delivery: Personally deliver goods to retail partners, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition and on schedule.
Payment Collection: Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and collect payments to maintain healthy account balances.
Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for shop owners, addressing feedback and identifying opportunities for volume growth.
