Job Objective:

The objective of the Sales Executive role is to generate business by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial requirements, and converting eligible prospects into successful cases. The role focuses on explaining property-related financial solutions, sourcing quality customer files, and bringing genuine clients who meet basic eligibility criteria to support consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct person-to-person sales and marketing

•Handle sales related to Property Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Overdraft against Property, FD-backed loans, and other property-secured products

•Understand client requirements related to property and funding needs

•Guide clients on suitable loan options based on eligibility

•Source customer files by checking basic documentation and eligibility

•Bring genuine and workable cases for processing

•Coordinate for follow-ups and closures

•Maintain professional client relationships

Eligibility:

•Minimum Qualification: 12th pass

•Commerce background preferred (other streams can apply)

•Experience required (any duration)

•Basic knowledge of finance products and loan processing preferred

•Good communication and convincing skills
