Sales Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire new clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references in the Noida region.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to showcase residential and commercial property options.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain updated records of all client interactions and leads in the company’s CRM system.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service.
• Convert potential clients currently exploring competitor projects into our customers.
• Provide expert real estate consultancy for buying, selling, and renting properties—serving both individuals and corporates.
• Act as a trusted intermediary between buyers and sellers during property negotiations.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and team members to optimize sales performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and deliver excellent post-sales service

• Bachelor's degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
