Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing software sales deals. This role requires a strong understanding of software products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

 

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

 

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.

 

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

 

Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.

 

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information.

 

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies for lead generation.

 

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 

Keep up-to-date with the latest software industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

 

Proven experience in software sales or technology sales.

 

Strong understanding of software products and solutions.

 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales – preference given to sales of Accounting ERP products

 

Knowledge of the local market and industry verticals.
