Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for Enventa’s range of Online UPS systems in industrial and SME segments. The role involves direct interaction with clients, consultants, and decision-makers to understand power backup requirements and offer tailored UPS solutions.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and reach out to potential industrial clients (CNC, manufacturing, printing, packaging, textiles, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential customers through market visits, cold calling, and networking.

Sales & Client Management

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Online UPS solutions based on load, backup, and site conditions.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close orders to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and product claims in the market.
  • Share feedback with the team to help develop marketing and technical strategies.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the technical and service teams for installations, demonstrations, and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and client interaction records in CRM or reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or BBA/B.Com with strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of sales experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial products (UPS/Inverter/Servo Stabilizer preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of industrial power systems.
  • Ability to travel locally/regionally for client visits.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
