Job Title: Customer Support / Sales Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident freshers for a Support/Sales role who have strong English communication skills and can effectively handle international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with international clients via calls, emails, and chats
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist in sales process and convert leads into customers
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely response
• Update customer data and maintain proper records

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable handling international clients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
