Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into clients.
• Confidently handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Present products/services to prospective customers and explain benefits clearly.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business.
• Provide post-sales support, handle queries, and assist clients when required.
• Keep records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
