Sales Executive

Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

Confident in handling customer calls and conversations

Ability to explain products clearly and close conversations politely

Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Word, file handling, emails)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, maintaining records)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Ability to manage customer data and follow-ups properly

Organized and able to handle daily office tasks efficiently

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and responsible work behavior

Prior experience in telecalling / customer handling is a plus (not mandatory)
