Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive (Male) who lives within 10 km of the project/office location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in, call, and online inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits
- Coordinate and manage client site visits
- Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Prepare daily client and sales reports
Requirements:
- Male candidate living within 10 km of the site/office
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Real estate sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven
- Comfortable with fieldwork (company support will be provided)
