Role: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products (machines and raw materials).

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.

Maintain a record of calls, lead details, and customer feedback.

Follow up on old leads, share quotations, and assist the sales team in closing deals.

Communicate professionally and maintain courteous relationships with customers.

Requirements:Minimum 12th pass. Graduates preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese.

Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, MS Office)

Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (Fresher can also apply)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
