Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Telesales executives primarily interact with potential customers over phone calls to promote products/services and convert leads into sales.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer data in CRM

Follow up with interested customers for closures

Upsell and cross-sell company products/services

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Handle objections and negotiate to close deals

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
