Job Summary:

We are hiring an RM – Branch for a field sales role in Mohali. The candidate must have strong direct sales experience, good communication, and the ability to generate self-leads. This is a target-based role with weekend working and late hours as required.

• ResponsibilitiesMeet customers at their location and explain product/service
• Handle direct field sales and achieve monthly targets
• Generate self-leads through market visits, references, and follow-ups
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Daily field activity reporting and timely coordination with branch team

Required Skills

• Direct Sales & Field Sales experience
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Confident, presentable, and well-groomed
• Good English + Local language (Hindi/Punjabi)
• Ability to work late hours and weekends
