Sales Executive

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Professionals who can convert inbound Meta (Facebook & Instagram) leads into paid enrollments for our online CAT coaching programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their MBA aspirations, and guiding them toward the right course offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact fresh Meta leads
• Counsel students about: -

- CAT exam preparation strategy

- Course offerings, batches, and pricing

- Demo classes and free trials

• Convert warm and high-intent leads into paid enrollments
• Handle objections related to:

- Fees

- Time commitment

- Comparison with competitors

• Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion targets
• Update lead status and notes accurately in CRM
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for feedback on lead quality
