Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a "hunter" mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by hitting targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively and negotiate contracts to close deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth areas.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
