Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive -Telesales

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable products.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred, if applicable).
