Sales Executive - Online/Offline

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle customer interactions at the sales counter. The ideal candidate will assist customers, provide product information, process billing, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their requirements
• Promote and sell products at the counter
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic complaints
• Keep track of stock and inform management of low inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum high school qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred
• Sales-oriented and customer-friendly attitude
• Prior counter sales experience is an advantage
