Job Description :- Kows Industries is looking for hungry, target-driven Sales Executives (Telesales) who can convert leads into orders. This role is for people who can talk confidently, follow up relentlessly, and close deals—not for casual callers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers using company-provided leads
• Pitch Kows Industries’ kitchenware products clearly and confidently
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Follow up with existing and new customers regularly
• Maintain daily call reports and sales data
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order processing
• Eligibility & Skills RequiredMinimum 6 months experience in telesales / telecalling (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Target-oriented mindset – incentives depend on performance
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM is a plus
