Sales Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client acquisition: Corporates, Travel Agents, and Organizations
  • Identify and activate new demand and revenue channels
  • Drive the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to closing to account retention
  • Tailor pitches based on client needs and market trends
  • Conduct on-ground visits and assess business potential
  • Gather insights on market conditions, competition, and pricing
  • Ensure timely collections of account receivables
  • Be accountable for overall regional EBITDA


Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership & team management (5–10 member teams)
  • Deep sales acumen with the ability to manage large territories
  • Excellent problem-solving & client relationship skills
  • Analytical mindset and a process-driven approach
  • Self-starter attitude with a hands-on execution style


Experience & Education:

  • 10+ years in sales/business development, preferably in startups
  • Exposure to cross-functional team leadership
  • High energy, driven, and goal-oriented
