Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client acquisition: Corporates, Travel Agents, and Organizations
- Identify and activate new demand and revenue channels
- Drive the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to closing to account retention
- Tailor pitches based on client needs and market trends
- Conduct on-ground visits and assess business potential
- Gather insights on market conditions, competition, and pricing
- Ensure timely collections of account receivables
- Be accountable for overall regional EBITDA
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership & team management (5–10 member teams)
- Deep sales acumen with the ability to manage large territories
- Excellent problem-solving & client relationship skills
- Analytical mindset and a process-driven approach
- Self-starter attitude with a hands-on execution style
Experience & Education:
- 10+ years in sales/business development, preferably in startups
- Exposure to cross-functional team leadership
- High energy, driven, and goal-oriented
