Sales Head

Role Overview

The Sales Head is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading the sales team, and developing strategies to achieve company sales targets. This role owns the entire sales function, from planning and execution to performance management and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs
• Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
• Set sales targets, territories, and incentive plans
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines
• Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Improve sales processes, tools, and CRM adoption
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Report sales performance and insights to senior leadership
