Role Overview We are seeking a Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves driving revenue through lead generation, lead conversion, and long-term client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will work closely with sales leadership, contribute to sales strategy execution, and support the development of junior sales professionals.
- Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads
- Convert leads into successful sales opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
- Collaborate with sales management on targets and strategies
- Train and mentor junior sales team members
- Track performance and support continuous sales improvement
- Required Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support team growth
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
- Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
