Role Overview We are seeking a Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves driving revenue through lead generation, lead conversion, and long-term client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will work closely with sales leadership, contribute to sales strategy execution, and support the development of junior sales professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads
  • Convert leads into successful sales opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
  • Collaborate with sales management on targets and strategies
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members
  • Track performance and support continuous sales improvement
  • Required Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and support team growth
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
