We’re looking for a Sales Manager who leads from the front and owns results end-to-end.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Individual Contributor (Lead Closer):

✔ Close high-value commercial & bulk registrations

✔ Build strong relationships with property owners & key decision-makers

✔ Track market trends & competitor insights

✔ Consistently achieve personal sales targets

Team Leader (Coach & Builder):

✔ Hire, train & manage Field Sales Executives

✔ Daily coaching on pitch, objections & conversions

✔ Drive team targets & performance metrics

✔ Maintain CRM hygiene & reporting

✔ Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture

💰 Compensation & Growth

💸 ₹50,000 – ₹80,000/month (Fixed)

🧠 Who Should Apply

✅ 3+ years of field sales experience

✅ 1+ year managing a sales team

✅ Experience in Real Estate / Direct Sales / B2C / Media / Digital
