Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager who can own revenue targets, build strong distribution channels, and lead the sales function end-to-end. This is not a passive role, you will be expected to execute, optimize, and scale sales aggressively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage B2B Sales
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution networks
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team for high performance
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and optimize conversion funnels
• Work closely with marketing to drive demand and campaigns
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Ensure smooth inventory movement and minimize dead stock

Requirements:

• 1–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in Refurbishing industry)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on approach to execution
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

• Experience in refurbished electronics / recommerce
• Existing network in gadget distribution or reseller ecosystem
